Some of the categories are your first 5 classes, strong hips, legs, and feet, arms and shoulders, elongation and stretching, strong spine, scolio core, and more&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Upcoming Classes 2023<\/h3>\n<p><strong>May 11<sup>th<\/sup> Class 112: Spring on the Ball<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s class will feature freedom of movement and ease of spine corrections by using a large exercise ball. We\u2019ll sit on the ball to help us make corrections in the hips and the lower back. Then we\u2019ll use the ball as a stabilizing force to strengthen shoulders and spine. \u00a0Ready for even more stability and standing? We\u2019ll use it with our box against the wall! Join us for a ball.<\/p>\n<p><strong>May 18<sup>th<\/sup> Class 113: Spring through the Chair<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this class, you\u2019ll need a nice sturdy chair. A kitchen chair will be perfect. One with a low back will be even better. We\u2019ll start the class with some core stability as we lean side to side and wake up the muscles that sometimes are dormant, hiding in the hollows of our curves. Next, we\u2019ll move to standing for an elongation, using the weight of the chair to lengthen our spines. But never fear, there\u2019s more in store for our class of Scalia Pilates on the chair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>May 25<sup>th<\/sup> Class 114: Spring on the K Wedge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will spring our spines into elongation using the K wedge and elongation with just enough inversion to open up the spaces of our spine. With this elongation, we can breathe and strengthen the correction of our curves. We will add resistance training with bands and our own body weight. Do you have the K-fit wedge? It will be perfect for this class! You don\u2019t have any of the K wedges yet? Don\u2019t worry, join us anyway, and bring along two beach towels. We\u2019ve got you covered!<\/p>\n<p><strong>June 2nd Class 115: Oh Spring with Scalia Wedges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this class will go over the placement of your Scalia wedges. Where do they go? How far underneath the spine do they go? Do they fill in the hollows? Or do you rotate the sand dune? There is so much to learn today!
