For scoliosis, exercise often aims at making tight muscles more flexible and weak muscles stronger. However, this approach is simplistic and does not take into account the complexity of the changes that occur with scoliosis.<\/p>\n<p>The study presented here is a collection of\u00a0data from all <a href=\"https:\/\/rknstudio.com\/osteopilateswork\/training\/find-a-scolio-pilates-instructor\/\">Authorized Scolio-Pilates Practitioners<\/a> working with 4-curve scoliosis clients and patients. Each practitioner has been assigned the task of finding a pattern of muscle imbalances and scoliosis.<\/p>\n<p>Muscle imbalances and scoliosis go hand-in-hand.
