Este enfoque est\u00e1 basado en la evidencia y fundamentado en 4 estrategias para mejorar:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Elongaci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e9cnicas de Respiraci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n<li>Posiciones de Correcci\u00f3n hacia el Neutro y<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Metas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El Instructor de Pilates aprender\u00e1 a observar los componentes de la columna escoli\u00f3tica en los tres planos de movimiento y en todos los niveles de la columna: cambios a nivel cervical, tor\u00e1cico, lumbar y pelvis.<\/li>\n<li>El Instructor de Pilates aprender\u00e1 a usar t\u00e9cnicas de correcci\u00f3n tridimensional basadas en la evidencia a todos los niveles de columna.<\/li>\n<li>El Instructor de Pilates aprender\u00e1 aplicar t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento basadas en la evidencia destinadas a mantener dichas correcciones tridimensionales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Objetivos del Curso de Scolio-Pilates.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mover la columna escoli\u00f3tica m\u00e1s
