I\u2019ve had a most wonderful break thru. Finally, I understand where my back should move. How my right shoulder moves forward as my left one moves back, and my right hip moves back and down as my left hip move forward. All this time I am floating up while my ribs open on the left and my right ribs try to move closer to one another as I breathe. You, my dear, are a gifted teacher, I\u2019m so happy I\u2019ve been able to take part in your stay at home classes. Thank you for sharing so freely the knowledge you\u2019ve obtained by hard work, study and time. I underwent spinal fusion for scoliosis as an 18 year old in 1997. I have been trying multiple treatments to manage pain and discomfort ever since. Scolio-Pilates\u00ae has been a fantastic addition to my routine, which also includes physical therapy and massage. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Suzanne Koucheravy, Authorized Scolio-Pilates Practitioner, and the Scolio-Pilates\u00ae program on a weekly basis for a few years. Not only has Scolio-Pilates\u00ae improved my strength, mobility, and flexibility, but it has also given me an overall understanding of how to work with my curves and function on a day-to-day basis. I’m grateful to Scolio-Pilates\u00ae for giving me options to better my life, and I look forward to continuing my scolio-journey.<\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
