Helen is the owner and Principal Practitioner of Precision Pilates Parkdale and Precision Pilates Windsor and is a Faculty Educator for National Pilates Training where she teaches the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (91491NSW) and the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method (91490NSW).
Helen has an extensive background in all styles of dance and has been devotee of the Pilates Method for over 30 years now.
Upon completion of her own training, she has continued learning with various instructors both in Australia and overseas and is passionate about continuing her own journey as well as assisting her staff, students and clients to be the best they can be.
Helen sees a wide variety of clients from professional dancers working on general body conditioning through to rehabilitative work. Over the last 9 years she has developed a special interest in Scoliosis after detecting her stepdaughter had the condition. This has led her on a journey of much research and learning and now forms a major proportion of her work.
She is passionate about helping clients strengthen their bodies so that they can improve function and live a life without pain!
