The Cube used in the supine supported vertical spine position, is great for strengthening the torso. AND I have had great results using the Cube as an aid for positioning massage/bodywork clients on my treatment table. Clients just lay face up, supported head through tailbone. This position in gravity opens up the client’s entire front line. It is just perfect for release of the rotator cuff muscles! My clients use the Core Cube as part of ongoing homework to reinforce proper motor- patterns, core strength, and as well as gentle chest and hip flexor release.
